Shipping & Returns



We ship worldwide from Florida via USPS and UPS.  Orders generally ship within 24 to 72 hours. Rates are based on the total weight of your order and your shipping zone. 

USPS First Class: 

  • Eastern and Central Time Zones: allow 3-5 days  for delivery
  • Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: allow 5-7 days for delivery

USPS Priority:

  • Eastern and Central Time Zones: allow 2-3 days for delivery
  • Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: allow 3-4 days for delivery

USPS Express: (Order must be placed by 12:00 pm EST to ship same business day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day.):  

  • Eastern and Central Time Zones: delivery generally next day by noon.
  • Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: delivery generally next day by 3:00 p.m.       
  • These times are approximate based on information provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by What's Up Dox.

Please Note:  We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors, orders lost in the mail, mail theft, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, weather incidents or further Covid lockdowns/delays. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. 

UK Customers: Please accept our sincere apologies but we can no longer ship to your country due to the complexities of the Brexit VAT regulations.

International customers please note:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior. 


You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price or for an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.  To return and item:

  • Complete the Return/Exchange form enclosed with your order and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund. If you don't have the form let us know and we'll email you one.

  • Exchange orders within the US ship free. 
  • Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item. 

Dog Apparel: Dachshunds are notoriously hard to fit and sizing can be tricky so we have a no hassle return/exchange policy.  Domestic exchanges always ship for free.  Items returned with tags and in new condition receive a full refund of the purchase price. Used items (covered with dog hair, dirt, odors, bodily fluids, chewed etc) are not returnable.

For your protection we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all returns.
