Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Average order turn around time during the busy holiday season is 48 hrs. All orders ship from Florida via USPS. We guarantee we will get your order shipped out on time for Christmas delivery per the shipping deadlines listed below but we are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by USPS (weather conditions, misrouting etc). Please double check your shipping address and order as early as possible to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Free Standard Shipping: Order by December 17*
- USPS First Class: Order by December 17*
- USPS Priority Mail: Order by December 20, 2018
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Order by 2:00 p.m. EST December 21, 2018
- * After December 17 if you do not select Priority Shipping we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery
During the holidays USPS will be making Sunday deliveries nationwide
Canada: Due to the recent strike by Canada Post we are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas. The strike has caused delays with millions of packages throughout Canada and unfortunately it is out of our hands.

We ship worldwide from Florida via USPS First Class, Priority and Priority Express. Orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Rates are based on the total weight of your order and your shipping zone.
USPS First Class:
- Eastern and Central Time Zones: allow 3-5 days (including Saturday) for delivery
- Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: allow 5-7 (including Saturday) for delivery
- Eastern and Central Time Zones: allow 2-3 days (including Saturday) for delivery
- Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: allow 3-4 days (including Saturday) for delivery
USPS Express: (Order must be placed by 2:00 pm EST to ship same day):
- Eastern and Central Time Zones: delivery generally next day by noon.
- Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: delivery generally next day by 3:00 p.m.

International customers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price or for an exchange. Exchange orders within the US ship free. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Dog Apparel: Dachshunds are notoriously hard to fit and sizing can be tricky so we have a no hassle return/exchange policy. Domestic exchanges always ship for free. Items returned with tags and in new condition receive a full refund of the purchase price. Items returned without tags and in worn condition (covered with dog hair, dirt or odors etc) will receive a store credit. No exceptions as used items must be cleaned prior to being donated to rescue.
For your protection we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all returns
